Shipping/Handling Charges: Shipping is applied to each item. Shipping charges may need to be adjusted for items that ship in multiple boxes. These charges apply for most of the continental US; higher rates apply for states outside of the continental US and for International shipments.
Shipping Information: Products are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed; Product shipment and product arrival during these time periods is contingent upon payment approval. Expect product delivery 1 to 10 business days after the order is processed.
Shipping of Product: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer must arrange for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier (such as leaving a delivery acceptance note on the door). All returned or refused shipments are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee to the buyer. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated to include our cost on packaging and handling, and then calculated using the rates given to us by our shipping agents. Occasionally the shipping rate for an item may be higher than normal due to a calculation error by our software. Customers who believe that the rate may be lower than shown may contact us and request an adjustment.
3. United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is available for shipping to APO & FPO addresses, or United States addresses where postal delivery of a package is more practical for the customer. Due to the nature of Postal shipping, we are only offering Priority Mail and Express Mail. It is suggested that you have someone available at your intended delivery address during normal business hours. We will not ship a package to be left without signing under any circumstances. The merchandise we sell is high in value and theft risk, and dealing with loss recovery can be a tedious process for both customer and our shipping department. The USPS does not currently offer online tracking with Priority Mail. Express mail does offer online tracking. We ship all USPS Priority Mail packages with signature required.

Following is the Return Merchandise Agreement - Credit for Purchases policy. All statements made herein are with the understanding that our customers made their purchases in good faith and with full understanding of our Policies. Express Body Parts is not liable for our customers failing to read the policies of the company, as they are available online at www.expresswholesaleparts.com as well as by request when contacting Customer Service.
Returns for Full Credit: Limitations - The following limitations are placed upon items returned for full credit. Express Body Parts reserves the right at any time to amend, add to, or detract from these limitations as benefits the companies’ interests in matters pursuant to recovery of funds for our customers.
1. Shipping is non-refundable. Our shipping charges reflect rates charged to us by our shipping vendors, and upon successful delivery are nonrefundable.
2. When an item is shipped for warranty work, the customer assumes the cost(s) of shipping the item(s) back to Express Body Parts. Express Body Parts assumes the cost(s) involved in shipping the item back to the customer after it has been replaced or repaired. This cost is assessed at the rate for UPS ground. A shipping method different from UPS ground will require additional fees that must be paid for and approved by the customer before Express Body Parts will ship the product at a rate more expensive than UPS ground.
3. Special order items may assess at a higher restocking fee or be non-returnable depending on the nature of the item.
4. Items returned damaged, missing materials such as but not limited to manuals, cables, packaging, Etc. will not be issued full credit, and may be denied credit on return depending on the state of the item. It is very important that the customer include all materials sent with the item, in good repair and without visible markings or damage to insure full credit on their return.
5. Restocking fees shall not exceed 15% unless the item is for partial return, or damaged item.
6. Express Body Parts does not believe that flat restocking fees are the best practice in all cases. Express Body Parts remains committed to providing our customers with quality service in all areas, and will establish a positive and proactive attitude when assisting a customer with an item return. When deemed necessary, Express Body Parts reserves the right to assess a fee on items returned for Credit.
7. We will refund a full core price (relative to the particular order) when we receive it back from our customers.
8. All returns must be within 15 days from the receiving date.
Returns for Partial Credit: General Information– It is generally understood in the relationship between Express Body Parts and its customers that returns will be only for items at full credit unless a restocking fee or other fees are assessed.

Payment Methods
Credit Card (Online)
We accept credit cards online as part of our accepted list of payment methods. Accepted Cards - Express Body Parts accepts the following credit cards on our website. All Visa, Master Card cards are currently accepted. Debit Cards are accepted if they are of the Visa / Master Card variety. Customers who choose to use debit card, please be aware many debit cards carry daily spending limits, so please allow for shipping when selecting your purchases. Fraud protection – Express Body Parts Inc seeks to protect the customer and ourselves in the event of Fraud. For this reason, when a new customer makes a purchase for the first time, if it exceeds a specified amount, we will contact the user to verify the sale. For this reason, Express Body Parts requests that you provide contact numbers incase we need to verify your order by phone. Cell phone, Home phone, and work phone numbers are all considered acceptable. Pagers or answering services will not be processed. Express Body Parts will aggressively pursue attempts to defraud by credit card. Those seeking to defraud should be aware that fraud committed by telephone (or internet) is considered Telephony, which means it carries a felony charge. Also theft in excess of one thousand dollars is considered felony theft, and the FBI loves to pursue such cases.
Pay pal
For ease of use, we offer the option of buying online and withdrawing funds directly from a customer’s bank account. This transaction is possible using the Pay pal service provided by www.paypal.com. Pay pal is a secure and insured service. Just use email: billing@eatuobodyparts.com for sending funds via Pay pal. We will put order on hold until we receive customer payment.
Personal or Business check
We accept Personal or Business checks from any US location. After placing your order and selecting Personal or Business check just write this check to Express Body Parts, attach printed invoice and send it to the:
